PRICING:
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Please call for current prices and availability of products. We reserve the right to discontinue products as necessary because of quality, availability, price or other reasons. All pricing is in USD for the USA market only.
RETURNS:
All returns must be within 30 days and are subject to a restocking fee. A return authorization (RMA) number must be first obtained by calling Earth to Old City at (865)-522-8270. A 15% handling and restocking fee will be assessed for each item returned unless you have made other arrangements. All return shipments must be prepaid. There are no refunds on shipping. All returned items must be in as-new, resellable condition. Any item that has been installed on a vehicle will not be accepted for return under any condition. Apparel must not be worn or washed and tags must not be removed. Please note that certain items are non-returnable or refundable.
CLAIMS:
All merchandise is in good condition when it leaves our shipping department. If a package is lost (box broken open) or damage via transit, you should immediately notify Earth to Old City and the carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc…). ALL merchandise is shipped and insured for full value and the responsibility for proper delivery is upon the carrier. DO NOT return the damage part(s) to Earth to Old City without prior notification.
WARRANTY:
All items on this site are warranted to be free from defects in the materials and workmanship. Warranty is only applicable to the original owner. Please call for specific warranty information on each product. Each manufacturer may supply different timeframes for their products.
BACKORDER:
We try to keep backorder to minimum. If this is a time sensitive purchase, please call us for approximate shipping dates. Some items may be dropped shipped from the manufacture.
PAYMENT AND SHIPPING:
Payment can be made by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Earth to Old City does not support direct shipments outside of the USA.
OTHER SHIPPING INFORMATION:
UPS policy states that all packages require a signature in order for the package to be released. It is up to your individual UPS drivers discression if he feels comfortable leaving the package. All shipments with a value over $1000/U.S. require a signature. Some shipments are drop shipped and may take up to 2 weeks to arrive. All orders will be sent via UPS ground service (domestic), unless otherwise specified. No orders will be shipped to P.O. Boxes. Orders are normally processed within two business days on receipt of order. After carrier attempts to deliver the merchandise three times, the order will be returned to Earth to Old City and will only be reshipped at the buyers expense.
